Classes at ILCF are intentionally small, with around 18 students per class, allowing teachers to focus on each student’s individual needs.
Yes, school programs are open to students who have completed at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
While most students are between 18 and 21 years old, ILCF welcomes learners of all ages from 18 to over 60.
Before arrival, you will take an online French placement test. This helps ILCF assess your current French level and assign you to the most suitable class. After arrival, if your assigned class does not feel like the right fit, one of our professors will reassess your level and you may be placed in a more appropriate class.
Your progress is evaluated through continuous assessment and a final exam covering your oral and written skills. The combined results determine whether you advance to the next level or repeat the current one.
Yes, you’ll have assignments outside of class. Materials are available on a shared online platform with your teachers.
