Course Details

Course Introduction

This intensive course offers a fast and effective way to improve your French skills through full immersion. Classes take place on-site in small groups and are led by native, qualified teachers. The course is designed to develop all four core language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking), with a strong focus on oral expression and phonetics. You will also attend weekly sessions to strengthen your grammar, enrich your vocabulary, and refine your pronunciation and writing.

Lessons follow a communicative, task-based approach, using authentic materials to promote immersion and real-life language use. Each Monday, your teachers present the week’s objectives, and you receive regular assessments and personalised feedback throughout the week.

You will also benefit from weekly tutoring sessions every Monday, as well as cultural workshops every Friday to practise French in real-life situations while exploring different aspects of French culture.

Term Breakdown

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is the standard used by language schools and universities to assess French language proficiency. It divides learning into 6 levels, from beginner (A1) to expert (C2), with each level marking a key milestone in your language journey.
A1 – Beginner
(10 weeks)
  • You can understand familiar everyday expressions and use very basic phrases.
  • You can introduce yourself and others and can answer simple questions about you.
A2 – Elementary
(10 weeks)
  • You can understand frequently used expressions related to everyday topics.
  • You can describe in simple terms your background and immediate environment.
B1 – Intermediate
(10 weeks)
  • You can understand the main points of situations regularly encountered at work or school.
  • You can write simple texts on topics you are familiar with.
  • You can describe your ambitions, and briefly give explanations.
B2 – Upper-intermediate
(10 weeks)
  • You can understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics.
  • You can interact with native speakers smoothly.
  • You can write clear and detailed texts, and express your viewpoint.
C1 – Advanced

To apply, contact Go! Go! France directly. Our team will guide you through the school selection, application paperwork, and visa process. Depending on your nationality and course length, you may need a student visa.

At Accent Français, classes typically have 10 students (with a maximum of 12), allowing for personalized attention and better interaction with teachers.

The typical age range of students at Accent Français is 29 years old. The school welcomes students aged 16 to 90+ all year around.

Yes, students will receive a certificate of attendance from Accent Français with the number of lessons attended and the level of French in the process of being acquired.

Before arrival, you will complete an online written test to ensure you are pre-placed in the group corresponding to your level. Upon arrival at Accent Français, your teacher will then confirm your oral abilities on the first day of classes.

Your progress is continuously assessed by your teacher. Every Monday, you will receive your course program and learning targets for the week. Throughout the week, your teacher evaluates your skills, gives you feedback, communicates your results, and provides corrections and personalized advice.

At the end of your program, you will take an online level test to evaluate your progress and current level. You will then receive your graduation certificate.
